Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid DPS FPCC required (Arizona). NFHS Level I Certification preferred; also NFHS Cheer/Dance Safety, NFHS First Aid/CPR.

Responsibilities

• Holds organizational meetings and recruits athletes.
• Assesses players and assigns team positions.
• Develops and schedules practices for individual and team development.
• Coordinates facilities and scheduling with athletics director.
• Coaches athletes on rules, techniques and sportsmanship.
• Monitors academics to ensure eligibility and encourage high performance.
