Qualifications

• Certified by the Arizona Department of Education for high school coaching.
• NFHS Coaches Course including Concussion Course completed.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Valid Driver License and 39-month MVR.
• Availability to work during assigned hours and alignment with district athletic goals.

Responsibilities

• Coach individual participants in skills for competitive performance.
• Provide a positive learning environment for athletes.
• Plan and schedule practice sessions in season per district policy and AIA regulations.
• Manage athlete behavior during training and meets.
• Maintain safety and discipline in facilities and during events.
• Coordinate with athletic director on scheduling interscholastic contests and equipment needs.
• Maintain team rosters and end-of-year inventories as requested.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with district policies.
