Responsibilities

• Assesses student athletes and provides feedback on performance.
• Develops team and individual practice regimes to improve performance.
• Develops game strategies and prepares teams for competition.
• Oversees assistant coaches and volunteers to ensure program quality.
• Maintains program records and monitors eligibility and compliance.
