Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed social worker (LICSW) for a supervising Lead Social Worker role in a hybrid setting in Massachusetts. The position emphasizes reducing barriers to quality mental health care while aligning with our values of authenticity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW).
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervising other social workers.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans and documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 visits per week for full-time status, or more with more clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit documentation for each session.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school medical personnel.
• Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings.
