Job summary

Ellie Mental Health, PLLP seeks licensed social workers (LICSW) for a supervising Lead Social Worker position in a hybrid practice, aiming to ignite creativity while reducing barriers common in traditional therapy.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW).
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.

Responsibilities

• Supervising other social workers.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and documentation.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week for full-time status or accept more clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to improve community access to care.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical staff, and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
