Job summary

Ellie Mental Health is seeking a licensed social worker (LICSW) to serve as supervising Lead Social Worker in a hybrid practice setup in Massachusetts. You will oversee other clinicians, develop and adjust treatment plans, and document according to policy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences.
• Massachusetts LICSW licensure.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.
• Ability to work in a hybrid in-person/remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervising other social workers.
• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans and case notes.
• Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical staff and school staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
