Chatham County, NC seeks an experienced Social Work Supervisor for its Investigation and Assessment team. Lead a social work unit, supervise investigators and assessors, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal mandates while supporting staff development.

The role requires strong supervision, policy knowledge, and the ability to participate in courts and community partnerships, with a focus on timely documentation and quality assurance.

Competenze

• Master's degree in social work or related field with 2+ years of related experience; or Bachelor's degree with 3+ years experience; or equivalent.
• Strong leadership and supervision of social workers in high-stress environments.
• Deep knowledge of child welfare policy, including CPS investigations and assessments.
