Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution and two years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in social work and three years of related experience.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s in human services with required experience.
  • Equivalent education/experience combination acceptable per policy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision and coaching to social workers.
  • Oversee orientation, training, and annual training plans for staff.
  • Ensure documentation and compliance per NC DHHS policy and local requirements.
  • Engage in CQI activities and program monitoring.
  • Represent the unit on the agency Management Team and committees.
  • Coordinate with partners and participate in court staffing and testimony as needed.
