Job summary

Adelphi Medical Staffing is seeking a Leadership - Allied Health professional in Southgate, MI for a full-time role starting Sep 28, 2026. The position focuses on supervisory and clinical leadership in child/adolescent mental health services and requires Michigan licensure (LMSW/LLP/LPC) and experience with waivers.

The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, flexible, and capable of providing non-judgmental, culturally competent care while meeting crisis needs and maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with licensure from Michigan (LMSW/LLP/LPC).
• At least 1 year examining, evaluating and treating children and adolescents.
• Experience with intellectual and developmental disability diagnoses and related treatment modalities.
• Experience with Waivers.
• CMHP and QIDP licensure readiness within 120 days of hire.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized, creative, flexible, culturally competent, non-judgmental care.
• Holding a valid driver’s license with favorable driving history.
• Cannot sponsor visas; Michigan licensure required.
