Position Overview

Bishop Blanchet High School is seeking a Girls Varsity Head Soccer Coach for the 2025-2026 Fall Season. Applicants with previous coaching experience at the high school level, aged 21 or older, possessing a valid Washington State driver’s license with a CDL endorsement, and current First Aid/CPR/AED certification are preferred. The position reports to the Athletic Director.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all Bishop Blanchet HS, Metro League, and WIAA policies and procedures.
  • Supervise student-athletes during practices and meets, with availability between 3 pm-7 pm during the season and weekends for invitationals.
  • Design and implement training programs during summer and fall to meet athletes' needs.
  • Communicate effectively with players, colleagues, and parents.
  • Promote sportsmanship, camaraderie, and fair play.
  • Motivate players' individual progress and team development.
  • Manage coaching staff and the yearly soccer budget.
  • Participate in summer camps, recommended for the job.
Compensation

Stipend Range: $5500-$7000, determined based on experience, skills, and certifications. This position is not benefits eligible.
