Job summary

Swift Software is seeking a Lead SOC Analyst to guide threat hunting and incident response within a 24x7 SOC. You will mentor junior analysts, coordinate with the Red Team, and drive improvements in detection and response across Swift's global network.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in SOC/IR/Threat Hunting, experience with cloud platforms, and strong communication skills to report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years of related working experience in a SOC, Incident Response, or Threat Hunting role.
• Experience performing or leading threat hunting activities.
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS).
• Experience with security tools such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR/XDR, SOAR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and operationalization of a formal Threat Hunting program within the SOC.
• Participate in a 24x7 SOC with occasional shift work.
• Provide expertise and guidance to less senior team members.
