Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Corporate IT Audit to lead the SOC Reporting team and oversee SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits. You will manage audits from planning through final reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance while helping strengthen the company's control environment.

You will partner with stakeholders, coach a team of auditors, and drive continuous improvement in audit processes. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with travel up to 10% and a base pay

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT audit, risk management, compliance, or internal controls experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC Audits and oversee SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits from planning through reporting.
• Review testing results and identify control issues.
• Ensure audit reports are accurate and high quality.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for SOC reporting and communicate results clearly.
• Assess IT and business risks and strengthen controls.
• Identify control gaps and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
• Lead and develop the audit team through coaching and delegation.
• Manage multiple audits and priorities, timelines, and resources.
