Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Corporate IT Audit to lead our SOC Reporting team and oversee SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits. You will manage audits from planning through final reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance while helping strengthen the company's control environment.

You will work with business teams, control owners, and external auditors, driving improvements and automating processes where possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT audit, risk management, compliance, or internal controls.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC Audits from planning to reporting.
• Manage SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits end-to-end.
• Review testing results and identify control issues.
• Ensure audit reports are accurate and high quality.
• Serve as the SOC reporting expert and SME.
• Assess IT and business risks; strengthen controls.
• Identify gaps and recommend improvements with stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop audit team members.
• Oversee multiple audits and priorities; manage timelines.
