CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Corporate IT Audit to lead the SOC Reporting team and oversee SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits. You will manage audits from planning through final reporting, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance while strengthening the company's control environment.

You will collaborate with business teams and external auditors to implement improvements, coach the audit team, and drive continuous process enhancements in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or internal controls.
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• . Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SOC Audits and manage SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits from start to finish.
• Review testing results and identify control issues to strengthen the control environment.
• Ensure audit reports are accurate and high quality and serve as the subject matter expert for SOC reporting.
• Assess IT and business risks and identify control gaps with recommended solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement improvements and lead the audit team to develop capabilities.
• Communicate audit results, risks, and recommendations clearly in key meetings.
