CVS Health is seeking a Manager, Corporate IT Audit to lead the SOC Reporting team and oversee SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits from planning through final reporting. You will ensure audit quality, accuracy, and compliance while strengthening the company’s control environment across IT and business processes.

In this role, you will review testing results, identify control gaps, and partner with stakeholders to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, compliance, or internal controls.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead SOC Audits and manage SOC 1 and SOC 2 audits from start to finish.
• Review testing results, identify control issues, and ensure high-quality audit reports.
• Serve as SME for SOC reporting and strengthen the company’s control environment.
• Coach, mentor, and develop audit team members; delegate work and build capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to implement improvements and manage multiple audits.
