Ideal candidates should have over 3 years of experience and be capable of lifting heavy equipment. Compensation ranges from $24-$26 per hour, with various team perks including season passes, discounts, and a gear allowance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of snowmaking experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license without restrictions.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Train Level 1 & 2 Snowmakers in operations and safety practices.
• Lead the crew in trail setup and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions of snowmaking equipment.
