Job Summary

The incumbent in this position is primarily responsible for:

• Planning and coordination of all slot floor projects. As needed, will repair/conduct maintenance on casino slot machines, including ordering and installing parts.
• Providing excellent customer service to all Team Members, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance.

Essential Job Functions

• Ability to trouble shoot minor machine issues such as button and bill validators issues on all machines within 1 month.
• Replace all peripheral machine components within two months.
• Trouble shoot major machine issues within 1 year.
• • The ability to explain games to guests and jackpot payouts – strong "floor presence" is necessary and ability to provide exceptional Guest Service.
  • Maintain operation of slot machines at all times with minimal downtime
  • Will constantly perform preventative maintenance on slot machines to ensure proper and optimum performance levels.
  • Assist Slot Floor personnel when needed and requested by Slot Shift Managers and/or Assistant Slot Managers.
  • Perform software conversions and slot machine moves as directed by the Slot Performance Manager.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

TECHNICAL/PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE (Knowledge/Skills, Education, And Experience)

Two years electronics/technical Degree or equivalent experience with electronics components.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The incumbent in this position works on-site at the casino and interfaces with external/internal customers, Team Members, and vendors on a regular basis. The position’s work schedule varies and may include Saturday/Sunday and evening work depending on the needs of the operation.
