Job summary

The Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital Sleep Lab is seeking a qualified Polysomnographic Technologist to join a team dedicated to patient-centered care in a leading Florida sleep center.

The role includes performing polysomnographic testing, scoring, and supervising technicians on a Sunday–Tuesday or Wednesday–Friday night schedule from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am. Candidates must hold a BLS certification and RPSGT or RST credentials, with at least three years of experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• RPSGT certification or RST certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Three years of experience as a Polysomnographic Technologist required.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing, scoring analysis and associated interventions.
• Provide supervision of Polysomnographic Technicians and Trainees.
• Review history/physical information, medications, test requests and study protocol.
• Explain the procedure and orient the patient to the sleep center.
• Apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted standards.
• Perform PAP mask fitting and titration.
• Follow sleep study protocols to ensure data collection and accuracy.
• Document observations and events to support scoring and interpretation.
• Ensure safety and infection control adherence.
