Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in a Sleep Lab required; 2 years preferred.
• Equivalent associate degree preferred.
• Current certification in RPSGT or CPSGT or enrollment in AASM A-Step modules required.
• Good communication and patient interaction skills.
• Basic knowledge of physiology.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and hook up patients for polysomnography.
• Score sleep studies according to AASM criteria.
• Set up, operate, maintain and troubleshoot equipment.
• Provide a relaxing environment for patients.
