Vail Resorts is hiring for the Ski & Ride School Team Lead for Winter 2026‑2027 in Breckenridge. The role oversees day‑to‑day SRS operations, schedules coaches, and coordinates private lessons, while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Set up and breakdown of SRS areas and facilities, indoors and outdoors.
• Coordinate with coaches during morning meetings.
• Assign lessons using the priority code and manage private lesson bookings.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with lessons and services.
• Provide guest service and support for staff and guests.

Job Summary

The Ski & Ride School Team Lead is responsible for assisting with the day‑to‑day running of SRS locations. Duties include scheduling coaches, assigning classes, facilitating the booking of private lessons, guest service, and resolving guest and employee issues as they arise. The team lead communicates regularly with location supervisors, managers, and general managers and is willing to help out indoors or outdoors wherever necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all SRS facilities indoors and outdoors
• Communicate with coaches during morning meetings
• Assign lessons using the priority code
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their lessons
• Facilitate booking of private lessons
• Provide guest service
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• High school diploma
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Minimum of 2 years experience working for a ski and ride school
• PSIA/AASI certification (preferred)
• Proficiency with MS Office
• Exceptional guest service skills
• Exceptional organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Previous supervisory experience
• Proficiency with RPOS
• Ability to communicate in Spanish

Pay Range

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr – $53.50/hr.
