PSIA-AASI Western Region is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 in Leavenworth, WA. Starting wage is $23.00/hour with potential up to $53.50/hour, and full-time hours with housing availability. Applications accepted rolling until December 15 or until filled.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
• 2+ years experience with Ski and Ride School preferred.
• PSIA/AASI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate setup and breakdown of SRS meeting areas and facilities.
• Communicate with coaches during morning meetings.
• Assign lessons using the priority code.
• Ensure guests are satisfied with their lessons.
• Facilitate booking of private lessons.
• Provide guest service and support operations.

Job Specifications

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitating the setup and breakdown of the SRS meeting areas and all other SRS facilities both indoors and out.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Ability to read/write and communicate in English.
• A minimum of 2 years experience working for a Ski and Ride School.
• PSIA/AASI certification (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Exceptional guest service skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with RPOS.
• The ability to communicate in Spanish.

The expected pay range is $23.00/hr - $53.50/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
