Job summary

Keystone Resort in Keystone, CO is hiring for Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 roles across administrative and guest services. This includes daily office operations, payroll auditing and coordination with Ski & Ride School locations to meet busy seasonal needs.

Starting wage ranges from $20.74 to $25.40 per hour, with full-time and part-time hours and housing availability for eligible staff. 18+ required, and the organization emphasizes training, professional development, and strong guest service.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and workplace communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal) with guests, staff, and leadership

Responsibilities

• Serve as a daily administrative resource by supporting staff and leadership, answering questions, handling phones, data entry, email, document tracking, newsletters, staff website, scanning, filing, hardware inventory, tracking, in person locker room presence and communications, office inventory, organization and assistance.
• Daily payroll audits, tracking updates, records updates, corrections.
• Assist Ski & Snowboard School locations including but not limited to Support Staff, Private Lessons, Training, Special Programs, Locker Rooms, Nordic etc with operational needs, including staff resource organization, nametags, reports, epic promise events, resort events and special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

The expected pay range is$20.74/hr - $25.4/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
