Job summary

Partners For Child Care is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee an Early Learning Center’s daily operations and ensure a safe, high-quality environment in compliance with California regulations.

The role provides leadership to staff, supports curriculum implementation, oversees administrative tasks, and coordinates with the Program Director to maintain program quality and family engagement.

Qualifications

• AA or 60 semester units, including 24 ECE/CD units, 6 admin units and 2 adult supervision units.
• For infant programs, 3 infant care units.
• Valid California Child Development Site Supervisor Permit required upon hire.
• At least one year of Site Supervisor experience in a licensed early childhood program.
• Current Pediatric CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification; background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead staff supervision, coaching, and development.
• Model developmentally appropriate interactions and conduct regular observations.
• Ensure compliance with California Title 5 and Title 22 regulations and licensing requirements.
• Oversee facility safety, cleanliness, and program operations.
• Engage families, support enrollment, and maintain records and reports.
