Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree (AA/AS) in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (preferred).
• Minimum 24 semester units in ECE/CD, including core courses and admin supervision coursework.
• Infant/Toddler program supervisors must have 6 semester units in Infant/Toddler Development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and staff guidance with performance evaluations.
• Conduct classroom observations to improve teaching practices.
• Plan developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for children.
• Maintain health and safety standards per Title 22/5 regulations.
• Collect DRDP notes and enter data into Learning Genie.
• Communicate regularly with families and staff to strengthen partnerships.
• Complete compliance documentation (ERS, DRDP, findings, ASQs, Parent-Teacher records).
• Coach staff through regular feedback and site meetings.
• Oversee onboarding, attendance, and scheduling to maintain licensing ratios.
• Support family engagement through parent education activities.
