Job summary

Greco Aluminum Railings U.S.A. Inc. in Florida is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead aluminum railing installations on commercial projects.

You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise installation teams, and coordinate with project managers and general contractors. You will inspect work, resolve issues, manage safety and documentation, track materials, and prepare progress reports. Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations on the job site, ensuring smooth workflow and progress of aluminum railing installations.
• Lead and supervise installation teams, providing direction and technical guidance to ensure proper installation methods are followed.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to align railing installation with overall project schedules and activities.
• Conduct on-site inspections to verify the quality of work and address any installation issues.
• Identify and resolve any deficiencies or problems with the installations before they affect the project’s timeline or budget.
• Conduct final inspections and ensure all punch-list items are completed before handing the project over to the client.
