Job summary

Greco Architectural Metals in Florida seeks an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee aluminum railing installations on commercial sites. You will lead installation teams, coordinate with PMs and general contractors, and ensure schedule adherence, quality, and safety.

Requirements include 5+ years in construction with railing or metalwork, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Travel between job sites and long hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience focused on railing or metalwork.
• Proven site superintendent or construction manager on commercial projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations for aluminum railing installs.
• Lead installation teams and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to align schedules.
• Perform on-site inspections and address issues.
• Maintain safety compliance and document incidents.
• Prepare daily/weekly project status reports and change orders.
