Job summary

Devopsroles seeks a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to optimize IT products, automate operations, and drive reliability across multiple environments from our Cleveland headquarters. You will lead scalable solutions, mentor team members, and advance observability and incident response practices.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in SRE/DevOps, strong scripting and automation skills, and experience with cloud-native architectures such as Azure and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years of experience in SRE/DevOps field.
• 6+ years in Site Reliability/related disciplines.
• Experience supporting production applications and platforms.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response.
• Automation or scripting to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Cross-functional collaboration to troubleshoot and prevent issues.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be 18 or older and authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Optimize IT products, services, systems, and digital products by analyzing health metrics.
• Develop automated deployment, administration, monitoring, and operation solutions.
• Establish and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and OKRs with optimization plans.
• Foster collaboration across development, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Improve reliability, performance, resiliency, observability, and readiness of services.
• Lead cross-functional implementation teams and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Create plans for integrating new technologies to improve resilience and reduce costs.
• Mentor engineers on reliability engineering and operational excellence practices.
