Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 9+ years in SRE/related field.
• 6+ years in Site Reliability Engineering or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting and operating production applications and platforms.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, observability, and incident response.
• Automation, scripting, or tooling to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Collaboration with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot and prevent issues.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Optimize IT products, services, systems, and digital products by analyzing health metrics for improvements.
• Develop automated deployment, administration, monitoring, and operation solutions and train teammates.
• Review and monitor SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and OKRs; build optimization plans.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration to improve IT products and services.
• Lead implementation efforts across environments; mitigate potential issues.
• Evaluate requirements, lead cross‑functional teams, and conduct post‑implementation reviews.
• Create detailed plans for integrating new technologies to improve resilience and reduce costs.
• Provide leadership and mentoring on reliability, observability, incident management, and operational excellence.
