Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven ability to establish SLIs and SLOs in production.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML operations.
• Strong observability expertise in building dashboards and alerts.

Responsibilities

• Establish the SRE operating model across teams.
• Identify and operationalize AI-enabled reliability use cases.
• Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
• Design the on-call and escalation model for an SRE team.
