Job summary

Qualifications
- Own SLI/SLO design and capacity planning across services or products.
- Lead incident response and blameless postmortems for high-impact events.
- Hands-on with AWS or Azure and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting/automation to build reliability tooling.
Responsibilities
- Defining and governing SLO/SLI, error budget, RPO, MTTA, MTTR across products.
- Lead capacity planning and shape reliability architecture in production.
- Serve as SRE technical authority on cross-functional projects.
- Evaluate tooling against needs for observability stack and scalability.
- Drive toil reduction through automation and reliability culture.
