Attentive is seeking a Staff Engineer for Production Engineering to design and implement scalable, reliable systems, mentoring engineers and influencing roadmaps across AI/ML, Data, Platform, and Product teams. You will own reliability, scalability, and security, implementing SLIs/SLOs and driving cost optimization in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a senior leadership role with high impact and collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of experience in Production Engineering, Backend Engineering, SRE, DevOps or similar roles.
• Strategic thinker with ability to plan for future system needs.
• Proficient in coding to solve complex issues.
• Track record delivering medium to large-scale projects improving reliability.
• Deep understanding of SLIs, SLOs and incident management.
• Strong verbal and written communication to influence teams.
• Experience in reliability-focused production environments.
