Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Lead Site Engineer to act as the senior on-site representative, overseeing daily site activities and ensuring workflows and QA standards are followed. You will serve as the primary liaison between the site team and the client.

You will perform core Site Engineer tasks such as progress capture and on-site quality inspections, while mentoring junior engineers and escalating risks to project management when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate small teams on site.
• Familiarity with BIM models and site workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers on the project.
• Ensure all team members follow workflows, QA procedures, and data capture standards.
• Drive adoption of the XYZ platform among client teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using The Atom.
• Perform on-site QA inspections and record findings within the XYZ platform.
• Attend weekly coordination meetings with the client to review quality issues and progress.
• Monitor quality issues and ensure they are closed out by the client.
• Provide coaching and support to Site Engineers to maintain high delivery standards.
• Escalate risks, blockers, or performance issues to project management when necessary.
