Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Site Engineer to drive our core service on construction projects. You will track progress against BIM models, perform on-site quality inspections, and submit findings to the client through the XYZ platform.

Ideal candidates have practical construction experience and can quickly adopt XYZ Reality’s technology and workflows on-site, with responsibilities including daily QA submissions and collaborative site work.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction sites.
• Strong attention to data accuracy.
• Comfortable with digital tools and software platforms.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations.
• Ensure QA issues are submitted to the client daily.
• Maintain quality of work following workflows and standards.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting.
• Collaborate with other engineers on-site.
• Support Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
