XYZ Reality Ltd. is seeking a Lead Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day site activities, coordinating engineers and ensuring QA compliance on major construction projects. The role focuses on using XYZ’s AR platform, BIM model references, and close collaboration with the client and internal teams.

You will coach engineers, track progress, and escalate issues while promoting safe, efficient workflows and adherence to project timelines across US sites.

Qualifications

• Experience on large scale construction projects.
• Experience supervising or coordinating small teams.
• Understanding of construction drawings, BIM models, and site workflows.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Comfortable using digital construction tools and new technologies.
• Basic IT skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of Site Engineers and Graduate Site Engineers on the project.
• Ensure all team members follow company workflows, QA procedures, and data capture standards.
• Drive adoption of the XYZ platform among client teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct progress tracking against BIM models using XYZ’s AR device – The Atom.
• Perform on-site QA inspections and record findings within the XYZ platform.
• Attend and contribute to weekly coordination meetings with the client.
• Monitor quality issues and ensure they are reviewed and closed out by the client.
• Provide coaching and support to Site Engineers to maintain high delivery standards.
• Escalate risks, blockers, or performance issues to project management when necessary.
