Job summary

XYZ Reality is seeking a Site Engineer to deliver its core service on construction projects. You will track progress against BIM models, perform on-site quality inspections, and submit findings to the client through the XYZ platform.

This role requires practical construction experience and the ability to quickly adopt XYZ Reality’s technology and workflows, including on-site collaboration and daily QA reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience working on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable with digital tools and software platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
• Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Suite).

Responsibilities

• Track construction progress against BIM models using The Atom AR device.
• Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations.
• Ensure QA issues are submitted to the client daily.
• Maintain data accuracy and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with on-site engineers to ensure full coverage of the project.
• Support Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
