Aureos Capital is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee civil engineering projects from inception to completion. You will ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, while complying with safety regulations.

You will lead on-site construction activities, manage subcontractors, and maintain rigorous project documentation. A strong track record in civil infrastructure is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Agent or similar supervisory role in civil engineering.
• Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage, utilities).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and industry standards.
• Know-how of CDM regulations and health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site construction activities per plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to maintain productivity.
• Develop and implement project schedules with milestones.
• Monitor progress, address delays and control budgets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare financial reports for senior management and procurements.
• Maintain site records and conduct quality inspections.
