Job summary

Bimplus in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Site Agent to support delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects on-site, taking ownership and coordinating subcontractors. This role offers on-site leadership and a clear path to progression within a growing team.

The successful candidate will manage day-to-day operations, drive safety and quality, coordinate multiple work packages, and liaise with clients and delivery teams to ensure programme adherence and budget alignment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working for a main contractor within civils or infrastructure.
• Strong background delivering projects on site as a Site Agent, Senior Engineer or Sub Agent.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work packages.
• Good understanding of health & safety and site compliance.
• Appointed Person and Temporary Works Co-ordinator tickets would be advantageous, although not essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

We’re working with an established main contractor to appoint an experienced Site Agent to support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire

With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are looking for someone from a main contracting background who can take ownership of projects on site, manage subcontractors effectively and drive works safely and efficiently through to completion.

This role would suit an experienced Site Agent or Senior Engineer / Sub Agent looking to step into a position with greater responsibility and long-term progression.

What You’ll Be Doing;
