Job summary

You will design and characterize high-speed cables, mentor engineers, collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, support lab setup, and travel 10–20% to Nashua for coordination with the design team.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering; MS/PhD preferred.
• Deep understanding of electromagnetic principles for digital signal integrity.
• Experience with SI/EM simulation tools and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulation, characterization, and application of high speed electrical cable assemblies.
• Provide SI technical leadership and mentor new SI hires.
• Set up and optimize SI lab, assist with equipment procurement and validation.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams on next-gen high speed I/O interconnects.
• Engage with customers to debug SI issues and provide technical support.
• Drive project execution across functions and geographic sites.
