Job summary

The role requires interpreting complex drawings, coordinating with project managers, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Travel to various job sites across the United States will be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in signal system installation and maintenance in construction.
• Supervisory/foreman experience leading technical teams.
• Knowledge of signal system components, wiring, and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of signal technicians on construction sites.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other personnel to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Maintain records of work performed, materials used and hours worked.
