Job summary

Thomas Sign & Awning, a leading national sign company in Clearwater, FL, is seeking a reliable Lead Sign Installer to join our installation team.

You will lead the installation of sign cabinets, pylons, pole covers and custom assemblies, reading engineering drawings, using hand and power tools, and coordinating with crew. Requires overnight travel, 7am start, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lead a team on installation projects.
• Ability to read and understand technical/engineering drawings.
• Must be able to work flexible hours with some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Install signs and sign components such as cabinets, pylons, and pole covers.
• Lead installation crew and coordinate with team on-site.
• Read drawings and follow written/verbal instructions in English.
