RON SUNSHINE ASSOCIATES LLC in Austin, TX is seeking an expert Siemens NX CAM specialist with 5+ years experience to lead our CAD-to-CAM team and establish programming standards for automated 5-axis cells.

You will program complex aerospace and defense parts, mentor programmers, and collaborate with automation and tooling teams; relocation package is available; US citizen or GC required; onsite, ITAR compliant.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Siemens NX CAM or NX applications engineering.
• Experience leading CAD-to-CAM teams in automation.
• Experience with 5-axis CNC cells and aerospace/defense parts.
• Proven ability to train programmers and define processes.
• Hands-on with post processors in NX Post Builder or Post Configurator.

Responsibilities

• Lead our CAD-to-CAM team and build programming standards from scratch for 5-axis cells.
• Program complex aerospace/defense parts yourself.
• Train programmers and define consistent processes.
• Develop probing stacks for lights-out production.
