Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience working on shredders.
• 3-5 years in the Metal/Nonmetal mining industry.
• Ability to push, pull and/or lift up to 70 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety with co-workers and halt work when unsafe.
• Maintain and repair conveyors and equipment.
• Assist management in planning projects for efficiency.
• Monitor and inspect equipment to prevent failures.
• Lead the shredder team.
