Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Ocala, FL to perform safe installations for bathroom remodels and related projects. You will travel to customer homes, greet clients, and complete bath/shower upgrades per SOPs while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

The role requires basic tool knowledge, a valid license, and reliable transportation. This position starts early, Monday through Friday, with competitive hourly pay and benefits as part of a

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, or a willingness to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a smartphone or smart device for company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at the warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
