Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Shower & Bath Installer in Ocala, FL. The role requires you to load materials, travel to homes, perform bath/shower installations, and ensure a clean, organized job site. You will collect paperwork and payments and return to the warehouse.

The position emphasizes basic hand and power tool use, reliability, and a readiness to learn, with a Monday–Friday schedule starting at 6:30 AM. Health benefits and retirement plans are offered.

Qualifications

Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced home-installation environment.

Responsibilities

Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
Travel to customer's home, greet them, and establish rapport.
Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer's home.
Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
