West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Charleston, SC. The role focuses on safe, efficient bathroom and remodeling installations, including measuring, cutting, and coordinating with the team to complete projects on schedule.

The Installer will greet customers, demonstrate professionalism, and follow SOPs and PPE protocols to deliver a 5-star experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry and remodeling projects required.
• Plumbing experience is a plus and helpful.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with two-factor authentication access.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at 6:30 AM and load materials.
• Travel to customer home, greet and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan; update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up and protect customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, return to warehouse.
