Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Residential Remodeler in Charleston, SC to assist with in-home remodels, starting early at 6:30 AM. You will load materials, travel to clients, perform tub/shower replacements, and ensure a clean, 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, use of hand and power tools, and adhering to SOPs. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
