Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Shower & Bath Installer in Chattanooga, TN. The role requires traveling to customer homes, performing bath/shower installations, and ensuring a high-quality, 5-star customer experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday with a 6:30 AM start.

The position involves loading materials, installing tubs and surrounds, and maintaining a clean worksite while adhering to SOPs and PPE protocols. A valid driver's license and mobility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing - or a hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smartphone to log into required company systems

Responsibilities

• Load materials and prepare trucks by 6:30 AM
• Greet customers, establish rapport, and perform install tasks
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan and surrounds
• Clean up job sites with care for the customer's home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
