West Shore Home in Cincinnati, OH is hiring a Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe, high‑quality bathroom remodels from start to finish, delivering a five‑star customer experience. Expect early starts: arrive by 6:30 AM, load materials, and travel to job sites with the team.

Candidates should have carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing experience (or a strong willingness to learn), plus basic hand and power tool skills. A valid driver’s license and a smartphone for company systems are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems using two-factor authentication

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse
