Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Lead Shower & Bath Installer to perform safe installations following SOPs and PPE protocols, delivering a 5-star customer experience. You will work from the Raleigh-Durham area, starting early and driving to homes to complete bath/shower replacements with attention to detail.

The role requires hands-on skills, reliability, a valid driver’s license, and a smartphone for company systems. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, plumbing, construction — or hunger to learn.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into required systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks.
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub or pan, wall surround, and update plumbing if needed.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse.
