Job summary

West Shore Home in Denver, CO is seeking a Lead Shower and Bath Installer to perform safe, high-quality bath/shower remodels and related work. You will travel to client homes, greet customers, and deliver a five-star experience from start to finish.

The role requires experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing, tool proficiency, a valid driver's license, and a reliable smartphone for company systems. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in carpentry, remodeling, or plumbing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone required to log into company systems (2FA).

Responsibilities

• Load materials and trucks at the warehouse by 6:30 AM.
• Travel to customers' homes, greet them, and establish rapport.
• Demo existing bath/shower and install new tub/pan, wall surround, and update plumbing.
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home.
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to the warehouse.
